Website Updates

Send us the change.
We make it live.

A quick fix, new copy, new photos, a new page, a design tweak. If we can handle it inside your included time, it is covered. Email it to us and it is done, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

No logins, no dashboards, no waiting on a freelancer. Always just ask. On the rare occasion something is outside the scope, we tell you and get you a quote, so there are no surprises.

How it works

Three steps. One email.

01

Email it

Tell us what you want changed, in your own words. Attach the new photo, paste the new paragraph, or describe the menu you want. No forms, no tickets, no logins.

02

We confirm

We read it and get on it. If it is going to run past your included time, or it is one of the rare requests outside the scope, you hear about it first and get a quote. No surprises.

03

It goes live

WordPress changes go through staging first. Static changes are versioned so we can roll back. Then it ships, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and we tell you it is done.

What counts as an update

Anything we can handle inside your included time.

We do not keep a list of what is allowed. If it is a change to your website and it fits in the time your plan includes, it is covered. Always just ask, and we will do our best to make it happen.

All of this counts

  • Simple fixes like a broken link, a wrong phone number, or a date that never updated
  • Text and photo updates on any page, from a typo to a rewritten section
  • New pages when you need one, built to match the rest of the site
  • Design adjustments to a section, a layout, or the way something reads on a phone
  • Menus, forms, and navigation added to, reordered, or changed
  • Plugin and theme updates on WordPress, tested on staging first
  • Anything else that keeps your site current. Ask. That is what fully managed means.

Static updates go further

The same change on a WordPress site takes about 3 to 10 times longer than on one of our static sites. That is one of the biggest reasons we build static when we can: the hour in your plan simply does more.

On WordPress, every change runs through plugins, a theme, and a database, and it is tested on staging before it goes live. That care is why the WordPress plan is $250 and why the hour goes less far. What WordPress maintenance covers.

On the rare occasion a request is outside the scope of your plan, a full redesign say, or a new feature like booking or payments, we tell you up front and get you a quote. Larger builds are their own thing: custom websites and custom software.

What your plan includes

Update time is built into every plan.

Essentials & Security

1 hour of updates every month, 24 to 48 hour turnaround. $150 a month for a static site, $250 a month for the WordPress CMS. Every hosting and maintenance feature included.

Fully Managed Custom

Starting at 3 hours of updates every month, same day turnaround when possible, and pricing tailored to your software and hosting needs. For sites that change every week or carry real revenue.

Beyond your hours

Billed at our hourly rate of $300, and we tell you before we spend it. If you find yourself going past your hours most months, we will tell you when a plan with more time would cost you less.

Not on a plan yet?

We take on WordPress and static sites we did not build, on any host. We start with a free site review and tell you what the move will cost, if anything. Then it is on a plan like every other site we run. Compare the plans.

Why owners hand this to us.

24 to 48h
Typical turnaround
One email, one personThe people who host your site make the change. Nothing gets handed to a freelancer who has never seen it, and nothing falls between two vendors.
Nothing breaksWordPress changes are tested on a staging copy before they touch the live site. Static changes are versioned, so a rollback is one click if you change your mind.
We tell you before we spendYour hours are tracked. If a request is going to run past them, or it is outside the scope of the plan, you hear about it first and get a quote. No surprises.
It stays doneAn update is not a ticket that closes. It is part of keeping the site healthy, and the same team is watching it next month.

Managed hosting still leaves you doing the work. With us it is simple: send the change, and we solve it so you can get back to your business.

Frequently asked questions.

What counts as a website update?
Anything we can handle inside the time your plan includes. A simple fix, new copy, new photos, a new page, a design adjustment, a menu or form change, plugin and theme updates on WordPress. We do not keep a list of what is allowed. Always just ask, and we will do our best to make it happen. On the rare occasion a request is outside the scope, we tell you and get you a quote first.
How fast is the turnaround?
Most updates are live within 24 to 48 hours of your email. On the Fully Managed Custom plan it is same day when possible. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front of the line.
What if a change takes more than my included hour?
We tell you before we spend it. Every Essentials & Security plan includes 1 hour of update time a month, and Fully Managed Custom starts at 3. Anything beyond that is billed at our hourly rate of $300, and you approve it first. No surprise invoices. Keep in mind that the same change on WordPress takes about 3 to 10 times longer than on one of our static sites, so the hour goes further on static.
Can you update a site you did not build?
Yes. WordPress or static, on any host. We start with a free site review and tell you what the move will cost, if anything. Then we move the site onto our hosting, so we know exactly what we are working with, and it is on a plan like every other site we run. See the plans.
Do I need to give you logins?
Only once, when we take the site over. After that you never log in to anything unless you want to. Everything you need to change goes through one email.
Can you write the copy or make the images?
Yes. Writing, photo selection, and design work are quoted separately, and they are done by the same team that built and hosts your site, so the result matches. If the whole message needs rethinking, that is branding and identity, and it comes first.
